tesa® 52105 is a conformable, transparent water-based acrylic transfer tape with a thickness of 50 µm. This tape has especially been developed for all kinds of demanding lamination and converting applications. tesa® 52105 is suitable for laminating all kinds of foam, fleece, and felt substrates. This product is also available in 100µm (tesa® 52110).

  • High initial tack and peel adhesion
  • Very good bonding strength to a wide variety of substrates
  • Good die-cutting properties
  • Highly conformable to follow difficult 3D shapes
  • Ultra low total VOC concentration according to VDA 278 analysis

tesa® 52105 is suitable for various types of lamination applications. Example applications are:
